An amazing evening - what a voice!

Last night we went with friends for a meal at The Pheasant Inn in Salisbury (by Salt Lane Car Park). The purpose of our visit was to listen to Sandy Ince (StickyToffee Jazz) . The Pheasant put on a delicious three course meal with a glass of fizz and Sandy sang two sets, finishing at 10.30pm. Our friends were intending to slip away early as they own a B&B and anticipated an early start in the morning, however, we were all glued to our seats until the very end. . Sandy has an amazing voice and has a sophisticated Jazz and Swing repertoire, both modern and traditional, including one of my all time favourites 'At Last' by Etta James

I will definitely be back - she will be singing at several venues around Salisbury in the near future including Stokes of Stockbridge (11 May) and back at The Pheasant on 16 May.
